Our legal team checks the legal documents required by the Home Information Pack and highlights any potential difficulties. This offers sellers the chance to address these issues before the Pack is released, if they so choose.

At present, before HIPs become mandatory, we offer a range of different packs and support services, priced to reflect the pack contents. Please call for details. Our aim is to deliver a pack with or without a support package, designed and priced to make your business attractive and competitive.
Our packs are funded, so there are no up-front costs for client or agent.
